Chengdu One Smart Technology Co., LTD. (registered address: No. 10, 11th Floor, Unit 1, Building 6, No. 339, West Section of Fucheng Avenue, Chengdu High-tech Zone, China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, hereinafter referred to as Yicong Technology) is the operator of Little White translation App. We understand the importance of personal information to users (hereinafter referred to as "you") and will do our best to protect the security of your personal information. 一、How do we collect and use your Personal information

1. Register and log in

When you register and log in to the App, you can create an account through your mobile phone number, and you can improve the relevant personal information (including avatar, nickname), which is collected to help you complete the registration.​

You can also use a third-party account to log in and use the App. You will authorize us to obtain your public information (profile picture, nickname, mobile phone number (encrypted)) registered on the third-party platform for binding with the App account, so that you can directly log in and use the product and related services.​

2. Open membership

If you need to open the relevant membership rights, we will collect your payment information (payment channel, order amount, membership type, payment success or not), membership start and end date to help you successfully purchase membership rights and enjoy better membership services. We collect the above personal information to help you become a member, if you refuse to provide the above information, you may not be able to use the membership services we provide to you, but this does not affect your normal use of our other services.​

3. Customer service

When you need to contact us, we need to collect your mobile phone number or other contact information submitted by you, feedback content (text/pictures/audio) or call records and chat records generated by your communication with us, we collect the above information to provide you with customer service support, including handling disputes, solving problems and timely feedback to you. If you refuse to provide the above information, please do not use our customer service, but this will not affect your normal use of our other services.​

4. Network operation security

In order to fulfill the obligations related to ensuring the security of network operation, ensuring the security of your account and services, and improving the quality of products and services, We may also collect service log information (information searched and viewed when using our Services, service failure information, and other similar types of information), device information, and device identification information (including mobile phone numbers, IMEI, MEID, AndroidID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address), your installed application information or running process information for platform security risk control.​

5. Device permission call

Storage permission

(1) READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Read external storage)

In order to provide you, after your authorization, our client will upload your actively uploaded pictures and avatars encrypted to the server for external storage; The software name and version number from your device may be collected and uploaded to the server through encryption for processing and storage.​

(2) WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (write to external storage)

In order to provide you with the ability to write to external storage, we will, with your authorization, write, download, save, modify, delete images, files, crash log information.​

You can also deny/revoke this permission at any time through the relevant function Settings. Refusing to provide this permission will only make you unable to use the above functions, but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services; However, after you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; However, unless you delete your information in accordance with the provisions of the law, your cancellation will not affect the storage or processing of information based on your prior authorization.​

Camera permission

When you take photos and video functions, we will access the camera permissions of your device and read the pictures and video information that you upload to us based on taking photos, saving updates, avatars, and video videos. If you refuse to provide permissions and content, you will only be unable to use this function, but it does not affect your normal use of other functions of Xiaobai Communication translation. At the same time, you can also cancel the permission at any time through the relevant function Settings. After you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; However, unless you delete your information in accordance with the provisions of the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your prior authorization.​

Microphone permission

When you use the video recording function and the cat/dog communicator recording function, we will access your device's microphone and recording permissions, and we need to collect your voice information and voice interaction information. If you refuse to provide permissions and content, you will only be unable to use this function, but it does not affect your normal use of other functions of Xiaobai Communication translation. At the same time, you can also cancel the permission at any time through the relevant function Settings. After you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect the information and will no longer be able to provide you with the above-mentioned corresponding services; However, unless you delete your information in accordance with the provisions of the law, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your prior authorization.​

6. Exceptions

According to relevant laws and national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:​
